Complimentary
Best for travelers who already know exactly where they’re going and what they want booked
This option is designed for travelers who have already selected their hotel, resort, cruise, or tour and simply want it handled properly.
I manage the booking itself—liaising directly with the property, cruise line, or tour operator on your behalf, advocating for your preferences, and securing preferred partner perks and added amenities whenever available.
All other aspects of your trip—routing, daily flow, activities, dining, and logistics—are self-planned.
Example: You already know you want to stay at Hotel Eden in Rome or sail on a specific Mediterranean cruise. I handle the booking and communication with the supplier and secure perks when available, while you plan the rest of your trip independently.
This service is commission-based and always complimentary.

Best for travelers who want expert guidance on what to book, but plan the rest themselves
This option is for travelers who are comfortable designing the flow and finer details of their trip—destinations, pacing, activities, and daily plans—but want a trusted expert to step in for the most important booking decisions.
I thoughtfully curate a tailored shortlist of best-fit hotels, resorts, cruises, or tour operators aligned with your travel style, priorities, and budget. Once you’ve made your selections, I handle booking and coordination for those key components only.
Example: You’re planning a trip to Italy and know your route and experiences, but want help choosing the right hotels in each city. I curate a refined list of options, you choose your favorites, and I take care of the bookings—while you manage the rest of the itinerary.

$125 per day of travel
Best for travelers who want end-to-end planning for their trip
This is comprehensive trip design from start to finish. I oversee the big-picture structure of your journey and manage the details that make everything feel seamless once you arrive.
Lodging, transportation, experiences, dining recommendations, timing, and logistics are woven together into a thoughtfully paced itinerary that feels intentional and unrushed. Planning fees are based on the length of your trip and cover up to five travelers.
Example: You want a thoughtfully paced 10-day Italy itinerary—where to go, how long to stay, how to get between cities, where to stay, and what to experience. I design and coordinate every element so the trip flows effortlessly.

Custom pricing
Destination weddings, multi-generational trips, anniversaries, and other milestone travel require additional coordination and care.
Planning fees are customized based on group size, complexity, and scope.
Example: You’re planning a multi-generational anniversary trip or destination wedding with multiple rooms, shared experiences, and moving parts. I manage the logistics and coordination so everything runs smoothly for you and your guests.
5. Ticket to Travel
Annual Planning Retainer: $2,000

Ticket to Travel is an annual planning retainer for clients who travel often and want one trusted point of contact for it all. No starting from scratch each time. No re-explaining preferences. No scrambling when an idea turns into a plan.
This is travel planning as an ongoing relationship, not a one-off transaction.

Start by submitting an inquiry to let me know which services you’re interested in.

I’ll reach out to confirm I’ve received your inquiry and, if you’re requesting more than a simple booking, we’ll schedule a kick-off call to chat through what you’re envisioning and make sure we are aligned on travel planning fees when applicable.

We’ll chat about your travel preferences, goals, and vision for your trip during our call. If we don’t get through all of the particulars together during the call, I may send a Traveler Profile form as a follow up via email.
Planning

After our call, you’ll submit an initial planning deposit (if applicable), and I’ll begin shaping the foundation of your trip.
Within 10 business days, you’ll receive an initial proposal. What this includes depends on the level of planning you’ve selected:
For Lookbooks: a curated first draft of hotel, resort, cruise, or tour options
For Bespoke Itineraries: a high-level trip framework — including destinations, pacing, length of stay, and overall flow
This step sets the direction before any major decisions or bookings are made. You can review and share feedback by email or hop on a call — whichever you prefer.

Once the framework is approved, we move through the planning process in a thoughtful sequence — building your trip piece by piece so everything fits together seamlessly.
For Lookbooks, this step is simple: once you select your preferred option, we move straight into booking.
For Bespoke Itineraries, planning unfolds in layers, typically in the following order:
Flights – I provide recommendations; you handle booking
Hotels & Stays – I propose accommodations and book once approved
Transportation – Transfers, trains, or rental cars, coordinated and booked
Experiences & Activities – Reservations and ticketed experiences, as needed
Dining Recommendations – Thoughtful suggestions, with reservations when appropriate
Travel Insurance – Quotes and coverage options, if requested
At each stage, you’ll have a chance to review and approve before anything is booked. This ensures the trip stays aligned, flexible, and well-paced from start to finish.

Once all elements are confirmed, I’ll finalize bookings and prepare your travel materials.
Shipping Off

You’ll receive a detailed travel packet customized to the services you’ve selected. Whether it’s a full itinerary, basic trip planning details, or confirmation of booked arrangements, you’ll have everything you need for a smooth trip.

A few days before your trip, I’ll reach out to ensure everything is set. If you’ve opted for a pre-departure call, we’ll go over any last-minute details.
