That best describes our trip to Italy, to Tuscany.

We began by visualizing our dreams and acknowledging our limitations: in our 70s with knee and back issues. We did not want to be shuttled around in a group, we did not want to see all the stunning art – just some… We wanted a leisurely pace, settle into places to get a real flavor of the region, the people, and the food – and, wow, THE FOOD !!

And Tessa made it happen. She was very easy to work with, and fully understood our wants and needs. She built our trip around experiencing agritourism to refined, some eccentric, some cultural, but all were unique and memorable. She took care of all the detailed planning and booking. 

We were in Florence for a few days but mostly in the countryside (“agriturismo” style), island life (Giglio Island), and a (710 year old monastery converted into a 5 star villa!  The weather was great (we know Tessa can’t control this) – so a cooking school occupied the one day of rain. The few challenges we had were driving on narrow country roads, but that’s inherent in Europe.

Truly, one of the best travel experiences we have ever had. Thank you, Tessa!
